Are you a Child of a War Vet? Join us today!
Join UsThe Children of Zimbabwe Liberation War Veterans Association (CZLWVA) exists as a sacred trust between past and future. Through unwavering commitment,
we ensure that the children of those who fought for Zimbabwe's independence are not forgotten, but empowered to carry forward the legacy of freedom, unity, and national development.
CZLWVA upholds and promotes the values, principles, and ideals of Zimbabwe's liberation struggle, which culminated in the independence of the Republic of Zimbabwe in 1980. We recognise that the liberation struggle was fought to achieve national sovereignty, political independence, social justice, economic emancipation, and the restoration of dignity to the people of Zimbabwe.
We are committed to preserving this heritage through educational programmes on liberation history, promoting cultural and historical awareness among members and communities, honouring the sacrifices made by liberation war veterans and their families, and organising commemorative events and national heritage activities.
